Using boxing techniques this is a fun high energy class. This is a massive calorie burner, one could burn between 500 – 700 calories in this class. You can go your own pace on each exercise so it suits all fitness levels. It is also great fun and a great stress reliever as you get to hit pads with boxing gloves. All gloves and pads are supplied. At this class everyone works in pairs, a fantastic class to meet new people and to bring friends along to, some friends may not thank you if you bring them to this class 🙂
