This is suspension training. This class is really geared toward strengthening a person core and toning their over all body. Each exercise is done using the persons own body weight. This is a class where you can see progress very easily (well that’s if you stick with it for a few weeks first). I have seen people start this class with low core strength and get to the stage where they can hold up to 4 planks in a row without failure. You will see the progress week in week out if you commit to the training.
