Tone up and Burn Fat

This class will help you tone up and burn fat. In any given circuit class there will be 10 – 20 different stations set up each having a different excise. All fitness levels are welcome as one can go their own pace on each exercise. Circuits are a fantastic class for anyone who is looking to improve their fitness and save time in the process, within the hour you will get enough cardio training to last you a few days.

  • Friday 10:00 — 12:00
  • Saturday 18:00 — 20:00
